Day 6 was Dirty 30. My little man joined me while I worked out. He's my reason I kept going on some of those moves. Man they aere on the difficult side at times.
Day 7 - Yoga & Fix challenge. Have you ever tried doing yoga with a 5yr old & puppy. It's a lot more of a workout than you think, and you get a lot of kisses.. Plus you double as a tunnel sometimes
Day 8 - Plyo - still loving this one and didn't modify as much, then did 10 min hardcore but I don't seem to breath right or something because I never feel it, so I went old school 21 day fix and added in 10 min abs... that got those babies burning.
